Roles & Responsibility:
1. Building Agency – Identify and recruit potential advisors who are highly productive and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated timeframe
2. Driving Sales – Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors
3. Manage team performance and productivity – Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team
4. Activity-based Lead Generation
5. Leadership – Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors
6. Mentoring and Training – Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors’ performance.
7. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office) Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
8. Should be a Graduate (any discipline) with sales background
9. Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
10. Good influencing and negotiation skills.
11. Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone
